Pizzaiola
Ingredients
- 4 Pork Chops
- 1 Onion
- 1 tsp Garlic Puree
- 1 can Chopped Tomatoes
- ½ tsp Rosemary
- ½ tsp Orgeano
- 1 Pepper
- 50 g Lactose Free Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
- In a large 3 inch deep pan, add oil and heat. Add pork chops to the pan and brown on each side for 2-3 minutes.
- Meanwhile finely slice the onion and pepper
- Remove the pork from the pan. Add the onion, garlic puree and pepper to the pan and cook for 2 minutes.
- Place the pork chops back in the pan with the onions. Pour tomoatoes on top of the pork chops. Add the oregano and rosemary and cover for 5 minutes. Remove the lid and cook for an addtional 10 minutes uncovered
- Sprinkle the grated cheese over the pork and place under the grill until the cheese had melted
