Lemon Cheesecake Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 50 g Gluten Free Oats
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tbsp Runny Honey
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- 180 ml Soya Milk
- ½ Zest of Lemon
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 Gluten Free Digestive Biscuits
Instructions
- Add the oats, chia seeds, honey, vanilla, milk, zest and juice to a glass jar
- Stir really well, put the lid ont he jar and place in the fridge overnight or up to 3 days
- Crumble the biscuits over the top and add 1-2 dollops of lemon curd
